iPad Launch Rumor: Apple iPad 5 and iPad Mini 2 Coming in April

People have been talking about that Apple is going to launch new iPad and iPad mini, and according to a Chinese tech blog NetEase that Apple plans on launching new generations of iPad and iPad mini in the early April of this year.
Rene Ritchie (executive producer for Mobile Nations Broadcasting) firstly released the news on Tuesday through tech blog iMore. Ridge is one of the most accurate sources of Apple news. He was once the first to announce the official release of the design of iPad mini.
Ridge said today that its team has heard that Apple is seriously considering releasing the next generation iPad in April, but he is not sure about its configurations yet.
Ridge stressed that the design for the next generation iPad protective case has been leaked, which means Apple is ready to release the new iPad.
Ridge also said that he got the news about the release of next-generation iPad mini, but the product does not provide the retina screen. If released in April, the next-generation iPad mini is expected to be just a smaller incremental upgrade.
I don’t actually own an ipad mini myself but I borrowed one from a friend. My first impression is that it’s very convenient to carry around. I saw that most people around me all bought one so I believe it must sold better than iPad 4 in China due to the high cost effective reason.
